ah bad cream sauce...

Did a 2 mushroom cream sauce linguine for mum's dinner today.

Wanted to stir fry and prepare a 3 mushroom stir fry linguine for mum..button, shitake and canned mushrooms..

Then, i thought, i could try a vegetarian cream sauce instead, mum likes cream sauce..

I used margarine, flour and cream ( bad choice, i had no choice but to use one with sugar added )

and some seasonings...

Ahh...after adding ample salt and black pepper, that was no way i could cover the sweetness of the cream...i then told mum that the sauce is a bit sweet..

So, she added some vegetarian sambal chilli, oops she finished the plate =)

there're always some more for her to bring to work tomorrow..
