Log cake ?

I had an idea of making my cheesecake to look like a log cake or rather, a chopped of tree trunk ?

Haa...i'd be doing this for my christmas menu, log cheesecake ( i'm thinking if i should name it a log cake, though ) As for this picture, its only a try-out version, i've thought of a better way to make it resemble a tree more..and maybe santa or snowman would be added to the cake..plus some 'snow'..

and now, i face a problem ! i have to get rid of this cake, haa thank god jason lives near me, i'd be passing him like half of it ! HAA or better give him the whole cake if he doesnt mind !

Ahh...now ive to make another one...alittle more changes to the recipe n its done =)

Hope to see whats on my mind soon, gotta try out the taste of the cake first ....
