Something on my mind

I had this recipe in my head, so i just tried it and let my friend have a taste of it, as well as getting some feedbacks for it..

I wanted to make this taste alittle like pina colada..the cream is made of coconut and whipped cream with a hint of rum..and the fruits were mangoes and pineapple...

Okay Gabriel's comment was..the sourness of the fruit covered the taste of the cream, when he ate the cream alone, it was nice, but when it was blended with the fruits...it somehow didnt turn out right..

Minghui's comment...he finds that the cream would be better served as whipped cream for cakes instead of this dessert..

Mingo's comment was the same as minghui...

Its okay to get such comments from them, i can improve on the recipe and try to do something to it...Hmmm wonder how do they serve this type of desserts outside..is that moose ( how do i spell it ) or just cream....
