New stuff !

Ahem, i tried a new marinate today for my chicken, Smoked BBQ marinate.

WOW ! excellent results !

i'm very happy after tasting it..of course there are still some flavours that i need to adjust, like its a little too salty, sweetness should be fine, i guess and the smoky smell fits just fine =)

MUM ! new dish to try tonight, bro cant try it, he is still in the fields...will get friends to try too, i've already bottled the marinate up !

Oh, this cold pasta is lovely too...i love garlic oil...

Chopped too much garlic today, fingers got a burning sensation and i stopped, i'm wise ! haa !!
