Hmm...okay ive been trying to make a crispy deep fried batter and i tried it today again.

*mix mix mix the batter*

Dip chicken fillets...coat with batter..into the OIL !

CHAAAAAAAAAAA...( Its deep frying )

I put them on a piece of paper towel to absorb the excess oil...then mum came home just in time..i got her to try...when she put the chicken into her mouth and took a bite..i heard...CRRRKKKKISSHHH...

YES !!~! it is crispy ! okay i have done it !

I took a bite, CRRRKKIISSHHH.. yes ! HAA okay something seemed to be missing in the taste of the crispy batter...hmm i shall go and figure it out..
