1st attempt on this !

Alright, this is my 1st attempt on the Eggnog cheesecake.

Worst part of this is, i've never tried eggnog before so i cant tell if the taste is any where near it !

Okay, so i gave it a try and some slcies to my friends..

My verdict : OBVIOUSLY alcohol is too strong...way too strong, i felt a little giddy after that, haa too exaggerated. Nutmeg could be stronger, and i didnt add cinnamon, didnt know they have it in eggnog until i went to do another search on it, i love the texture of the cake, though, nevermind try again...

Friends Verdict : WAH alcohol too strong..texture good..cant really taste nutmeg, could be stronger..


Okay, so on my next attempt, i'm gonna reduce the alcohol, add more nutmeg n cinnamon !


We shall see....
