Ah too salty !


Stir fried this for mum's dinner.
Tempeh, bean sprouts, chilli and szechuan vegetables.
Mum said she likes to eat sze chuan vegetables and told me to use it for her dinner tonight.
Unfortunately....the szechuan was too salty ! My bad, i didnt soak them in the water before i fry them, i didint know they'd be so salty !
Haa, mum put those szechuan vegetables aside n finished the rest.
Sodium loading ! haa !
