Hybrid roasting !



Cool name, right !

HYBRID ROASTING ! HAAA

Hybrid roasting means you roast at 2 different kinds of temperature, first at a very high temp to brown the skin then reduce it to a low temp roast to slowly cook the meat..

I read this up from the library and decided to try it today, wow turned out excellent, maybe i could even high temp it for a longer time and see the diffrence...

Anyway this was s good attempt !
