going with steamboat

Deep fried some Sotong, very crispy, i wanted to try this batter for a friend as well as for myself, it has been on my mind for a very long time, i didnt ahve the chance to try it because i didnt have a deep fryer.

Fortunately ! My aunt gave me one that could set the temp. to 190 deg !

Woopee !

Made wantons too, crap they tasted lousy, commented brother and mother, not flavourful enough, bad seasoning...too bland =(

I still ate quite a few of them HAAA maybe i was too hungry =)

Good attempt on the sotong but attempt on the wantons...
