Braised Bittergourd with pork ribs !

My lunch cum dinner or only lunch, might be heading to Suntec to have a look at the food fair which is happening from today until Sunday, there would also be a culinary competition going on, today is the semi finals, finals would be on Sunday, the last day of the event, of course.

Anyway, this is briased bittergourd with pork ribs, i love my bittergourd..

I'm using charcoal to cook the dish, saves us on gas money and its aroma is unbelieveable..
