what a meal ~


Dinner after work...

Stir fry vegetables with a stock i made and some minced garlic.

Rice with vegetables, yes i love vegetables, they give you good complexion so eat them haa, they are cheap too ! *shouts HEALTH FOOD !*



I marinated that pork the night before with soy sauce, chinese cooking wine, sugar, whole garlic, vinegar and some ginger.


Boiled it for about 1 hour.

For the stock, i used dried squid and water, brirng it to a boil n turn off the fire, filter the stock with a " ------O " ( For your information, this is a picture ), dont know what it is called , HAA !!




nice dinner...lots of rice...1 cup of it =)
