potatoes


Potatoes !
This was my lunch for Sunday.
I boiled potatoes in salted boiling water for 15 mins.
Drained them n let them cool for a while before putting them into the oven and baked them for 10 mins, 180degrees celcius.
Seasoned chihcken thigh meat with salt and black pepper and a bit of sweet potato flour.
heated up pan with 100% canola oil, stir fried garlic n onions until slightly golden, added in chicken meat...fry fry fry..added potatoes in and continue frying..added 1tablespoon soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
Ready to be served...nice meal !
