noodles!



Oh dry noodles!
I used korean thin noodles.
Stir fried lean minced pork with 100% canola oil, garlic and chilli.
Added my own seasoning ( mustard, soy sauce, miso paste, vinegar ) then asparagus ( i added asparagus because i had to try various types of vegetables, cannot always stick to the same type, get others nutrients of other groups =D ). Added 1 small scoop of water to let it simmer covered until water dried up.
Sprinkled a bit of black pepper.
For noodles, just boiled them in boiling water.
When transferred to my plate, i added a splash of sesame oil.
Lastly, i put the toppings onto the noodles and mixed them up.
Wow...nice noodles...
