Claypot chicken !



Oh i thought of this recipe today.
I was at a bookstore browsing through Asian recipes and found out that most asian dishes use soy sauce, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce.
So, i have decided to make this dish using what i gained from those recipes.
Seasoning
soy sauce
dark soy sauce
sugar
chinese cooking wine
seasme oil
Flavours
whole garlic
spring onions
sliced ginger
white peppercorns
Stock
dried oyster
dried squid
water
Meat
1 whole chicken, chopped
Heated up claypot with oil, stir fried flavours, added meat, then seasoning, lastly stock..simmered for 1 hour.
smells great...mum and dad will get to try this =)
