Big thigh !


Dinner for Sunday

Pan fried chicken thigh marinated in soy sauce, vinegar and sugar for a couple of hours.
Heated pan up with sesame oil and sliced ginger.
Cooked chicken on each side for 10-15 mins, until a little golden brown.
After that, i added 1 cup of japanese white rice and 2 cups of water and bring it to simmer until water runs dry.

While it was cooking, i was preparing the vegetables on the other stove.
Used 100% canola oil.
Stir fried garlic until fragrant, added in cabbage and sliced mushrooms..1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

Scooped the rice and chicken into my bowl and topped with vegetables.

Serve...had some duck meat and cucumber with my meal, pictures not shown ( dad bought them ) =D
