AGAIN ?

Oh yes, those are the bittergourd i would wash, cut, remove the seeds and slice at my working place..

I was handling bittergourd yesterday, so....i decided to eat them today !
HAA

Went to get them from the NTUC, i didnt know those weird looking vegetables were smaller bittergourds until yesterday, nice, i have added another item into my list of vegetables =)

Washed them, removed the seeds and sliced them up into thin strips.

For the meat, lean pork, i marinated them yesterday night, it was left over from my Bee hoon.
Thought of making BBQ meat with it, changed my mind, do it with the bittergourd instead.

Marinated pork

1/2 orange, i used the juice of it.

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

sesame seeds.

Heated up pan with 100% canola oil, added garlic ( minced ) added pork ( sliced into thin strips )

When the pork was almost done, i added in the vegetables and poured in left over marinate and water. Let it simmered for 30 mins under small fire, until all the water got absorbed. Now, the bittergourd is soft and ready to be served....

Had them with the fish and porridge.....wow......
