give me give me more !





What a tiring day for me.
Used too much energy at work today so i had to replenish myself.
Had 1 green apple and sunflower seed bread with peanut butter and banana with a dash of ground cinnamon.
After that, i prepared my usual bowl of noodles again, this time, i used soft bone pork instead of my usual chicken breast. Tossed in some cabbage, too.
Cant wait for weekends to come....

I'm gonna eat you again !


And MORE this time !
Added more noodles today, and minced the chicken instead of the normal fillets ive been eating..
Threw in 1 stalk of broccoli as well.
Oh, i seasoned the noodles this time, added vinegar, korean sauce, black sesame oil and some dark soy sauce..
Yes it was quite a huge bowl of noodles, i could have downed more =)
nice !

I used angel hair pasta to substitute mee kia.
Chicken fillets were marinated with a korean sauce Aunty Doris bought for me, oh it was delicious !
Added some vegetables and coriander.
Wahh cant have enough !

sunday afternoon


This is my first meal for a sunday afternoon.
Pasta with tuna and red peppers, baked at 180 for 10 mins with some light mozerella cheese and another 1 min with 2 whole eggs.
Served with salt and some seasoning.
That cheese really made a difference =)

These arent boring...




Okay, these for a non-training day.
1 fairly large sweet potato, steamed and chicken fillets with red pepper and seaoning !
Simple looking food makes a wonderful meal =) Maybe it only works for a handful of us haa
Oops, stomached some cheerios, cocopops and muesli with milk...cant seem to stop this craving..

Hi again, big meal !




Here comes another big meal !
100g of pasta with 300g of chicken fillets with broccoli stalks and green peppers !
Tossed with salt, black pepper and some dried basil tomato seasoning oh yes and olive oil !
Well, before that, 1 slice of healthy sunflower seed bread with peanut butter and jam and 1 apple !

The long awaitedddd...




Yes, we finally bought a few varieties of bread yesterday.
Healthy sunflower bread ( 1st pic ) wholemeal pita bread and wholemeal raisin bun ( 4th pic ).

Sp, for my first meal today, i decided to start off with 2 slices of that healthy sunflower bread with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and some raspberry pomegranate jam, along with a tub of cottage cheese with passion fruit, some brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon powder. I also ate 1 wholemeal raisin bun after that.

I'm a bread lover, but i try not to have too much of them too often, as they are considered processed stuff. On normal days, i'd be having my pasta, brown rice, sweet potatoes, yams or tapioca, breads are for ' better ' days. haa
hoho, still have some amount of calories to cover for the day....

Stuffed !


Dinner for the day !
Wow, what a late dinner, i had it around 915pm.
300grams of steamed sweet potatoes and tapioca with some drizzle of gula melaka and coconut cream...wanted to have a 3 starch combination which includes yam, ended up with only 2 choices..
On the side, i had half roasted chicken with some steamed broccoli stalks and 1 teaspoon of ketchup.
Before those, i had a glass of strawberry milk, 1 cup yoghurt and 1 red apple..too hungry to tatke shots of those food i ate earlier on heh heh...
good meal....

Pretty much the same..


Something similar to the previous entry i posted..
Today's meal was chicken breasts with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, topped with an egg and some basil tomato seasoning, black pepper and salt..
Before that, i had 2 slices of multi grain bread with peanut butter ( been eyeing this for a longgg time ) huge bowl of cocoapops with muesli and strawberry milk, 1 green apple, some raisins and 1 small cup of peach yoghurt !
Very satisfying, i'm a happppppy man !
I should post all pics of my food next time...*waits for the next meal*

Lunch on a lazy sunday.

Grilled chicken breast with cherry tomaroes, brinjal and 1 whole egg.

Topped with some dried basil seasoning with salt and 1 teaspoon of ketchup.

I also had muesli and cocoapops with that meal, pics were not taken =)

Macaroni shells with chicken fillets and mixed vegetables. I added some seasoning, salt and pepper.

Gone in 60 seconds....just kidding ! HAA !!
