Its a long time..
A friend's 4.5 years anniversary with her boyfriend, so she bought an opera cake from me and wanted it to be made into a heart shape like the one mingo ordered from me for Amy..
Design was up to me to create, so i thought of making it look like a clock that tells 04:50 yr(am/pm) which means 4.5 year anniversary.
But, i think my writing looks bad...or maybe this design isnt ideal...
well, i hope they would like it ! =)

one question for u the cooking expert, i wanna make korean ginseng chicken soup. yesterday i bought some dried ginseng from hock hwa, do i need to soak it b4 i cook? i was trying to find the fresh ones, the vacuum packed kind from supermarket but can't find. whats the diff actually? omg, i can't wait to cook it. haha!

really thank you for the efforts ya, the food is delish! we were very impressed, especially how the 3 little hearts were placed on the cake, presented in the nicest way!
btw, the cake + chicken are long gone! hahahaha will definitely order more from u ^^
