I tried something new this time, Rum n' Raisin cheesecake !

After trying a bit of it, i have to make some slight changes to the recipe, its too sweet and the crust didnt really turn out right..

Anyway, good try, i would say !

Hoho one more recipe into my book ! Interesting flavour..
