To the WEST !

Salad again.
Ingredients :

Celery, carrot, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes and pear.
Mixed with fat-free thousand island dressing.



Dinner was Roasted chicken thigh, potatoe wedges and salad. Ketchup by the side.

Roasted chicken thigh

Marinated in home made sauce.
Sauce consists of soy sauce, molasses, wostershire sauce and korean chilli flakes.
Marinated for a day. Roasted in the oven, 200 degree Celsius, 12 mins on each side.

Potatoe wedges

Boiled in water for 20 mins.
Cooled in tap water.
Then roasted for 20 mins.

Could have done better..i shall play with the marinate next time.
