Lunch of the Day !


Char Siew Chicken Sushi !
Ingredients :
Chicken slices were marinated with Lee Kum Kee Char siew sauce and grilled for 24 mins, 12 mins on each side.
Cucumber slices.
Japanese White Rice. 3 scoops of rice to 3 1/2 scoops of water. The grains were a bit too tough so i'd try 3 scoops of rice to 4 scoops of water next time.
しょう油 for dipping, but i don't think Japanese would dip it with this kind of Sushi. Anyway, it was only for display, i didn't dip it, it was left on the table covered, HAA !
Yum yum ! Tasted good, unfortunately grains were abit hard, will try for softer grains.

An apple a day, keeps the doctor away.
Took a crunch too soon =)

Total calories for the Sushi would be roughly 150-220 cal ? I'm not too sure
Now, i'm thinking what to have for dinner, probably rice again.
