Been a while since i posted any posts..

Been really busy with training and eating the same food over and over again..

This is an example of my after workout meal..

Stir fried pasta with minced chicken, shitake mushrooms and vegetables.

Prepared 2 side dishes to try...tick for bringjal, cross for kelp, the kelp dish is not flavoured enough..i need to enhance the taste abit more..
